Providing power to GoTo and tracking mounts is a 12 VDC, 6A port that comes with a power cord that is compatible with most of Explore Scientific's mounts, and there is a standard 5 VDC, 2A USB port to keep your smartphone, camera, GPS, and other small electronics charged. A large LED flashlight with a red filter provides important light to find eyepieces, change filters, check star charts, or just navigate around your rig without tripping while preserving your night-adjusted vision. Designed for year-round use, the Power Bank is protected by sturdy rubber armor and has a broad operating temperature from a bone-chilling -4°F up to a sweltering 140°F. A 110-220 VAC 2-prong US wall charger is included that will charge the Power Bank's battery in 5-6 hours if it's been fully discharged, and a series of colored LEDs allows you to monitor the charge status so you'll always know how much power you have.
