This is an open box Skymax 180.  The box itself had some shipping damage.  However, we have checked the scope, and it was completely unaffected by the damage to the outside of the box.  It is a new item, under full warranty, offered to you at a savings off of one that would otherwise be in a perfect, undamaged box.
